Welcome to VYRONAS NOVELTIES TRADING L.L.C (“VYRONAS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a distinguished Dubai-based company specializing in certified rare coins, stamps, and collectible items, fully accredited by NGC for authentication and grading services. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or any of our services (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or purchasing any products or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and any other guidelines, rules, or policies posted on our Site. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Site or purchase products. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. We do not knowingly sell or provide services to individuals under the age of majority.

All products offered by VYRONAS are certified, graded, and authenticated by NGC. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing information are accurate and up-to-date. However, minor discrepancies may occur, and we do not warrant that product descriptions or images are error-free. Customers should carefully review product details before purchase. 

5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability, verification of payment information, and acceptance by VYRONAS. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payments must be completed using approved payment methods. Unauthorized use of payment methods is strictly prohibited.

6. Shipping and Delivery
VYRONAS will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of products. Shipping times may vary based on product type, location, and shipping method. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery, and customers are responsible for inspecting items upon receipt. Any shipping damage must be reported immediately in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of VYRONAS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission from VYRONAS.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of our Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
