At VYRONAS NOVELTIES TRADING L.L.C, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality certified collectibles, rare coins, stamps, and other unique items. Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives products that meet the highest standards of authenticity, quality, and presentation. Given the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Returns and refunds are only accepted under the strict condition that the item received is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from the description provided at the time of purchase. 

If you believe your order qualifies for a return due to such an issue, you must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your item, providing detailed photographs, order information, and a description of the defect or damage. Our team will review the request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item. All returned items must be securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement, repair, or refund will be issued at the discretion of VYRONAS NOVELTIES TRADING L.L.C. 

Please note that items showing signs of misuse, improper handling, or intentional damage will not qualify for a return or refund. Additionally, due to the rarity and collectible nature of our products, we strongly recommend reviewing all product descriptions, specifications, and images carefully before purchase. For certain limited-edition or high-value collectibles, returns may be subject to additional verification by our certified NGC appraisal team to ensure authenticity and condition.
